Established in 1992, Cornerstone was founded for two primary purposes: (1) to provide direct services to individuals and families struggling with poverty in Tarrant County, Texas, and (2) to offer resources to churches and community agencies to help them better serve the needy in their own communities.
Services
Health Services
Cornerstone provides primary and preventive health and dental care for the uninsured in Tarrant County. Not only are immediate needs met, but patients are educated on taking personal control of their health and care.
Housing
Cornerstone offers housing for men through the New Life Center. This unique opportunity provides formerly homeless men who are pursuing an educational degree or certification with a stable residence.
Reentry Services
Men and women - our neighbors - who are dealing with barriers to housing and employment, are more likely to reoffend. Reentry 1st Stop has build collaborations with Landlords and Employers to help them.
Supportive Services
Cornerstone partners with local churches and organizations to help meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we are assisting.
Cornerstone Catering
Cornerstone Catering offers a flexible range of services and hosts various public and private gatherings. There are meal options for businesses, community leaders, and other social service agencies in the community.

This Annual Golf Tournament is Cornerstone's major Fundraiser - a day of fun, great golf, and joining together to help at-risk families in our community.
This year's format will be a four-man scramble with shotgun start.
